Returns policy: In the unlikely event that a book is damaged in transit, please take a photograph as evidence of the problem, and send it to us by email to publishing@anqa.co.uk.
If the damage is serious, please return the book to us and we will be happy to issue you with a replacement or, if you prefer, a refund minus any extra costs (such as Paypal charges).
